Hilton Cabo Verde Sal ResortProjected To Open: 4th Quarter 2017
Karen Zorz was appointed Director of Business Development of the 241-room Hilton Cabo Verde Sal Resort in January 2017. Responsible for developing the business strategy of the hotel, she will be managing the Sales, Marketing, Group Conference & Events, and Reservations teams.
Josu Sedano-Martin was appointed Executive Chef of the 241-room Hilton Cabo Verde Sal Resort in March 2017. He is responsible for the smooth set up of all the hotel’s dining outlets from the pre-opening stages. One of his main strategic aims is to promote Cabo Verdean cuisine by making the most of the islands´ products and the talent of young local chefs.
Alejandro Casamor was appointed General Manager of the 241-room Hilton Cabo Verde Sal Resort in December 2016. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Hilton Cabo Verde Sal Resort, including its pre-opening.
